You ask, we answer. Almost all of the questions you wanted to ask us… answered in advance.
Question: How much do you charge?
Answer: Every cleaning job is unique. Cleaning Frenzy evaluates each job individually. Generally, we charge on per room basis and for specialty work (stain, odors, etc.) we charge based on the severity of the problem.
Question: How long will take for my carpet to dry?
Answer: Usually 3-4 hours. Some areas, if extremely soiled and we have to work harder to get clean, could take 6-8 hours to completely dry.
Question: Will you move my furniture?
Answer: Yes. Most furniture will be moved. We do ask that you remove table lamps or items that could fall when moved. We do not move beds, large dressers, armoires or computers.
Question: Are the cleaning products you use safe for my family and pets?
Answer: Yes. Cleaning Frenzy only utilizes plant-based, bio-friendly products.
Question: Can you change the color of my grout?
Answer: Yes. There are colored sealers that do a great job of that now.
